Postage and delivery

Kate ships her artwork to addresses throughout the UK. If you require overseas delivery please email Kate – kate@katemillbank.co.uk so separate arrangements can be made for postage.

For orders under £20.00 postage within the UK  is £1.50 (sent via 2nd class Royal Mail). For orders of £20.00 or over postage is free. Kate uses minimal packaging and what packaging she does use is as environmentally friendly as possible (green paper padded jiffy bags, corrugated card instead of plastic bubble wrap and paper parcel tape). All packaging can be 100% recycled.

Items are normally dispatched within 48 hours from payment.

Returns

All work displayed on this website is represented as clearly as possible with sizes, colours and materials clearly described or photographed. However, if an item is not to your liking please contact Kate within 7 days of delivery.

All returned goods must be shipped back unused and in the condition you received them within 14 days, upon which a full refund will be given. Please note that you are responsible for any postage costs associated with returned goods.

If an item is damaged in transit please contact Kate.

Payment

Payment can be made by most credit or debit cards.

Kate Millbank is not VAT registered.
